But Not To Worry... It's A Jobless Recovery

Referring to the economy, on May 27, 2009, at a $15,000-a-head fundraiser dinner at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, Barack Hussein Obama said:
"It's safe to say we have stepped back from the brink, that there is some calm that didn't exist before."
Maybe the economy is better for his millionaire buddies in Hollywood, like Steven Spielberg, Kiefer Sutherland, Antonio Banderas and Melanie Griffiths, but take a good look around folks. Tell me what you really see.
.
With the loss of nearly 2.1 million jobs in the private sector, the last 29 months of Obama's Socialism experiment in America has been an utter failure. But not to worry, Obama made sure over 400,000 jobs were added to the government roster.
.
Having spent more money in the last 2 years than the first 200 years of our country combined, Obama's dream of transforming the United States into a European socialist model, has made our country far worse off, with debt consuming our entire economic future.
.
Under the Obama regime, the government added $5.3 trillion in new financial obligations in 2010. That brings unfunded liabilities to a record $61.6 trillion. (i.e. The total of financial promises not paid for). Add to that, Obama's latest "budget" for fiscal year 2011, has a deficit of over $1.6 trillion. Obama's philosophy of, the bigger the government the better, forces the United States to borrow $188 million an hour, just to keep afloat. But not to worry. Obama's solution to jump start the economy is to implement cuts in the tax code. Of course he mistakenly assumes the citizens of America are too stupid to realize that this is actually a tax INCREASE. In a lecture, I mean speech, just a few days ago, our con artist-in-chief has also proposed raising taxes on the very people who create jobs, hoping to create a wave of class warfare. NEWS FLASH - Raising taxes on rich people will not stop a spending addiction.
.
How has Obama helped our country get back on the road to economic recovery? To help end America's dependence on foreign oil, Shell spent 5 years and $4 billion getting ready to drill for oil off the Alaskan coast. Sounds good doesn't it? Energy independence while creating thousands of jobs and lowering the price of gas at the pump. But wait, we can't have that. Obama’s Republic killing EPA Environmental Appeals Board is refusing to issue air permits to Shell. That will show those job creating private sector patriots. At the same time, Obama went down to South America to let them know that the United States would be glad to invest $2 billion of taxpayer money in Brazilian oil production. Wealth transference at it's best. Nice one, Mr. President.
.
Let's see what else. Boeing decided to build a 1.2 million square-foot airplane assembly plant in South Carolina. This would create jobs for over 9000 people. Obama's National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) believes it was a mistake because the factory is non-union. Sorry South Carolina, you can only build businesses where WE tell you. Union thug tactics at it's finest... the Chicago way.
.
Let's not forget about the $787 billion stimuless package that would guarantee unemployment would never go above 8%. Oh wait; was that another con perpetrated on the American public? I'm afraid so, Obama zombies. Democrats, are you still not aware your party has been taken over by Socialists?
.
Rush Limbaugh reported:"Wisconsin got $701 million in the stimulus, it's just a little under 10%, and $600 million of that $700 million went to the unions, public sector unions. The whole purpose of the stimulus bill was during a recession to make sure that public sector unions were not laid off by giving states money to keep them on the payroll."
http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/home/daily/site_022511/content/01125107.guest.html

.And if you didn't think it could get any worse, Obama's buddy Dan Akerson, CEO of General Motors, floated the idea of a $1 a gallon increase in the gas tax as a way to encourage buyers to purchase smaller, more fuel efficient cars in an interview published in the Detroit News. Of course if you purchase more fuel efficient cars you will have to be punished because less taxes can be collected per gallon of gas. So many people bought hybrids in Washington state, they have proposed a bill that will force hybrid owners to pay an additional $100 a year tax to offset declining gas tax revenue. If approved the bill will go into effect in March 2012. If we could just have more government control over our lives. Do you want...?

  • Bigger Government

  • Less Liberty

  • Higher Gas Prices

  • Higher Unemployment

  • More Wars

  • Foreign Oil Dependence

  • More Public Sector Unions Bailed Out With Taxpayer Money

  • Out Of Control Spending With No Budget In Sight

Then vote for Barack Hussein Obama in 2012.

The George Soros payoff

Obama: “…routinely fails to achieve even the exceptionally low standards we have come to expect of him.”

Obama serves as press and camera bait – pulling the WH press corps [Pavlovian dogs] away from world events and into a week-long photo-op of cute family pictures.

So is Obama simply escaping the pressures of White House decision-making, – or does George Soros need more time to double his fortune in oil futures? Were you aware that Soros has a HUGE investment in Brazilian oil drilling? Hmmmm.
http://rabidrepublicanblog.com/2011/03/19/rebels-die-obama-flees-country/

George Soros’ principal investments are in oil; one in particular is Petrobras, the Brazilian-owned company. This happens to be the largest investment in the Soros portfolio at the present time of approximately $900 million as of December 31, 2009.
http://tammybruce.com/2010/06/obama-boss-george-soros-ready-to-profit-from-oil-disaster.html

Obama says US to be major purchaser of Brazilian oil:
President Barack Obama has pledged that the United States will be a "major customer" for Brazilian oil in the coming years amid continuing unrest in the Middle East.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/businesslatestnews/8393292/Obama-says-US-to-be-major-purchaser-of-Brazilian-oil.html#

Obama is using oil as a method of wealth redistribution. Had he gone to Brazil and announced that the US is going to give Brazil hundreds of billions of dollars all heck would break out. Instead, by restricting our domestic energy supplies we will have to send billions of dollars to other countries to purchase oil. Every dollar spent for something we already have is the equivalent of foreign aid and money drained from our economy.

"The trouble with our liberal friends is not that they are ignorant; it's just that they know so much that isn't so."

OBAMA SETS A NEW RECORD

Federal Government Posts Record Monthly Deficit
Federal spending remains to spiral out of control as February’s deficit came to $223 billion. This is the largest monthly deficit in history. Even as our national deficit and debt continue to rise, the Democrats refuse to change their ways. Their proposed budget cuts would cut the deficit by one half of one percent.
.
Obama spent a lot of time talking about how the U.S. needs to “win the future” in his State of the Union Address, but this is impossible if our nation continues to spend money we do not have on programs that will not work, such as ObamaCare.
.
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell voiced his anger when he said, “Something must be done, and now is the time to do it. Republicans are ready and willing. Where is the president?” Perhaps Obama is too busy passing out waivers, which recently exceeded 1000, for his fragmented ObamaCare or trying to justify the extra $105 Billion hidden in the 2,700 page bill. At a time when our country needs a fiscally rationale leader, president Obama refuses to step up.
.
Something must be done now in order to win the future. Please sign this petition and reach out to your Senator and Congressman to end Washington’s spending spree.

Red Ink Since Dems Took Over Congress Greater Than All Previous Deficits Combined

Noel Sheppard writes:

The 2011 budget shortfall, which is the responsibility of the previous Congress, is now projected to be $1.65 trillion.

If accurate, this means that since the Democrats took over Congress in 2007, we have posted over $5 trillion in deficits.

For the record, that's more combined non-inflation-adjusted red ink than the United States of America had created in all of the years of its existence prior to that point.

In just four years, the Democrats recorded combined deficits greater than what had been posted in the prior 220.

Obama's war on prosperity continues: EPA destroys coal mining project in Appalachia

Last month, Barack Hussein Obama's Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), revoked a 4-year-old water permit from Arch Coal's Spruce Mine No. 1, in West Virginia's rural Logan County. This insidious action is directly in line with Obama's threats to "bankrupt" the coal industry. This anti-business stance from the current administration would block an additional $250 million investment, that would create 250 jobs.

The U.S. has enough coal to last well over 200 years, and according to the National Mining Association (NMA), half of U.S. electricity comes from coal.

As Obama's dream of keeping America dependent on foreign sources for energy unfolds, electricity costs will skyrocket under his anti-coal energy policies.

"At a time when West Virginia families desperately need new jobs, the Obama EPA is proactively destroying high-paying family wage jobs by retroactively withdrawing permits."
--Rep. Doc Hastings
(R., Wash.),
chairman of the House Natural Resources Committee
